History & Timeline

Kadwa Patidar Samaj of North America (KPSNA) Charitable Foundation is a 501c(3) non-profit organization registered with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), US Department of Treasury (EIN 56-2098199). We are committed to lead positive social change and deliver value to the financial contributions that we receive. We envision that addressing the fundamental issues related to education, health, water, and sanitation will have a lasting impact on improving the lives of people, especially those living in rural and remote areas.

KPSNA charitable foundation, with grass-roots support of community liaisons, was born in 1996 when a few community leaders get together during the first convention held in Toronto, Canada. Our first president was Vitthalbhai Kathrotia from Charlotte, NC. Since then, KPSNA is firmly committed investing in education access, disease prevention, clean drinking water, and proper sanitation to underprivileged people from our community and beyond, a powerful combination that will bring everlasting changes in people’s lives.
