SPSC - Saurashtra Patel Samaj of Canada

It was established in 1989 by some Leuva and Kadwa Patel families who came to Canada from Saurashtra, Gujarat, India. The SPSC is mainly based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and some members moved to other provinces in Canada.

SPSC provides a common platform to Canada's Saurashtra Patel Samaj families. It organizes social conventions, educational webinars, and cultural programs. Every year we gather to celebrate our festivals like Holi, Navratri and Diwali. We enjoy nature and summer days during our full-day Picnic event. Sometimes we get together for Bowling, Skiing-snowboarding and Potluck events.

During the pandemic of COVID-19, we took the privilege of the virtual platform & organized webinars on Mental Health, Investment (RRSP, TFSA, RESP and Retirement), and Financial Planning (Will & Power of Attorney).
