Join us for a 3-day, 3-night experience from August 15-18, 2025, where kids, youth, and adults from around the world will come together for a weekend filled with inspiration, culture, learning, and networking. Convention Check-in

Convention check-in will happen on Friday, Aug 15th from 10 AM to 8 PM in the Lido Room lobby at Third Floor. If you’re arriving early or late, feel free to contact any committee member for check-in help for the convention. For your hotel room, you can check with the front desk to see if early check-in is available.

Food

Delicious breakfasts and meals will be served throughout the convention, offering a variety of flavors everyone will enjoy. Special FARAL (ફરાળ) will also be available for those observing Janmashtami fasting.
