ANNOUNCEMENT: We are pleased to announce that our KPSNA Senior Convention will be held at VRAJ, PA, from Friday, September 15, 3 PM to Sunday, September 17, 2023, 2 PM. |

PURPOSE: This social gathering will allow all senior members of our community to meet with each other, exchange thoughts, and have a good time. We also want to provide targeted health education, address socioeconomic issues and provide a forum to discuss civic duties and opportunities. All KPSNA community senior members are encouraged to attend this convention. |

REGISTRATION: If you want to attend this convention but cannot afford the registration fees, please contact us at [email protected]. Do not let this reason prevent you from attending; we will try our best to make arrangements to accommodate you. No onsite registration will be permitted. Only pre-registered members will be allowed to participate in this event. |

The boarding facility is limited, so we will strictly follow the “First Come, First Serve” policy. We request that everyone bring their medical records, including a copy of a health insurance card, to help in any unforeseen medical emergencies. |

Steps to register on our website: NOTE: You must register for this event thru the following steps:
Step #1: Login (If you haven’t registered yet, please register. Use the Registration Guide)
2. Step #2: Once you log in with your username and password, navigate to “Events” → “Seniors Convention 2023” → “BOOK A SEAT” (Senior Convention Event Booking Guide)
3. Registration will start on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 1 PM EST. Be Ready! Add it to your calendar
4. FEES: $150 for attendees who DO NOT wish to stay at VRAJ • $225 ($150 + $75) for the attendees who want to stay at VRAJ
5. To stay at a hotel, Quality Inn Midway address (Midway exit 16, 41 Diner Dr. I-78, Bethel, PA 19507), call (717) 933-8888 and provide the following Group info to book at the special discounted rate. • Group Name: KPSNA • Group Number: VE63X4

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: We want to make this event enjoyable for our seniors with a minimal financial contribution. We are looking forward to receiving sponsorships for various occasions.
